Zaha Hadid Architects announced the completion of the Glasgow Riverside Museum of Transport. The building has received instant praise by architecture critics and the press. The Riverside Museum: Scotland´s Museum of Transport by architect Zaha Hadid was built in Glasgow, Scotland, UK in 2007-2011.. Must also be considered as belonging to the museum space sailing "Tall Ship", moored at the dock in Glasgow, opposite the new building. It is the only boat made in the Clyde shipyards still afloat.. The Riverside Museum (replacing the preceding Glasgow Museum of Transport) is a museum in the Yorkhill area of Glasgow, Scotland, housed in a building designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, with its River Clyde frontage at the new Pointhouse Quay. It forms part of the Glasgow Harbour regeneration project.The building opened in June 2011, winning the 2013 European Museum of the Year Award.
